Your Best Beet Recipes!
Anyone have a great recipe for beets. We currently have one on our recipe archive, plowtoporchrecipes.blogspot.com, but we are looking for more.
I put fresh beets in foil with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Then roast them on the grill! ( Lid down ...about 45 minutes or until you reach the tenderness of your choice.) Smells great and good for use in salads as the week progresses!
